Yes, both the theory and practical is identical for both course types. The choice is yours.
No…the certificate for online fall protection will indicate that you have completed the theory portion of the course. Talk to your employer about completing a practical on your worksite. You can also give us a call and we will put you through a practical that is second to none in the industry.
The current industry standard for most safety training credentials is 3 years. Keep in mind that employers have the right to override this industry standard if they feel you are competent in your job tasks. Employers must document your competency.
